Our 55-minute sessions blend circuits, intervals, partner workouts and more to provide a balanced mix of strength and conditioning. Utilizing a range of equipment from treadmills, water rowers and airbikes for your cardio conditioning and dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and more for your strength training, Elevate offers the quality and variety of a personal training session at a fraction of the price. Elevate Your Motivation: Our coaches constantly strive to help you improve. They provide the instruction, support and encouragement to keep you going and reach goals, whether you want to get leaner, run faster, improve your balance or increase strength.
Elevate Correctly: Not sure of your right technique – how to position your hands, bend your knees or hold the straps? Elevate coaches are there to adjust your form and teach you the appropriate technique to avoid injury and maximize effectiveness.
If an exercise is too easy or too difficult, our coaches will suggest modification exercises, ensuring each participant performs at their optimal level using proper technique.
